Phil Reynolds is the founder of Reynolds Consulting. Phil has done extensive work with leaders and executive teams to increase communication, collaboration, and partnership. He offers expertise in the areas of personal leadership, teamwork, and executive development and excels at helping senior leaders and teams work together more effectively in order to achieve strategic goals. Phil has worked closely with many Fortune 500 companies and has a unique talent for implementing concepts and ideas into practical workplace solutions.
Phil started Reynolds Consulting (formerly LifeGrowth Consulting) in 1996 and in 1997 became a Senior Consulting Partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies®.
Prior to joining Blanchard® in 1997 as a Senior Consulting Partner, Phil’s professional experience encompasses more than 25 years as a business developer, sales manager, trainer, and speaker in both profit and nonprofit organizations. Phil consistently makes an impact on his clients by providing flexible, personalized solutions that work in business today.
In 2009, Phil coauthored the 21-Day Situational Self Leadership Action Plan, a sustainability product for The Ken Blanchard Companies’ Situational Self Leadership program. He is certified to administer and interpret various tools and resources that support executive development, including DiSC®, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict, Emotional Intelligence and the Booth 360 leadership assessments. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and a Certified Coach with Coaches Training Institute. His international experience includes England, Dubai, China, Philippines, India, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Argentina.
