Our Coaching Process

Each engagement is custom designed to meet the needs of the individual and organization.

  • Motivation is the critical component needed to change behaviors
  • Motivation is either driven by inspiration (opportunity) or desperation (negative consequences)
  • Coach will meet with the sponsor(s) to determine key growth areas, needs and outcomes.
  • Alignment of goals and desired coaching outcomes 
  • Coaching timeline and structure established – typically 6 months
  • Define expectations of the coaching relationship
  • Each person or team being coached will receive a customized Coaching Learning Journey
  • Determine most impactful assessments for individual or team
  • Accountability conversations around shortfalls, change needed and action to be taken
  • Monthly meetings with sponsor(s) for progress updates and feedback
  • Reviews and ongoing discussions with boss
  • Feedback meetings with direct reports
  • Quarterly reinforcement meetings with coach
