The TTI Success Insights Stress Quotient profile measures seven index factors. This diagnostic tool identifies root causes of stress that when resolved will improve the overall health, productivity, and morale of individuals, teams, departments, and organizations. The root causes identify conversations about how the organization can improve employee engagement, performance, and productivity. Individuals may complete the questionnaire individually and receive a personal report or they can complete it anonymously and the information will be combined into a group analysis report.
