Executive Coaching

Executives are the key influencers in their companies, yet rarely have access to objective, ongoing feedback. Executive Coaching provides top leaders with a confidential and neutral sounding board to discuss challenges and opportunities.

What is Executive Coaching?

Our executive coaches serve as neutral sounding boards to clients, giving organizational leaders a listening ear when their working through decisions or seeking personal improvement by supporting them to gain more awareness about how to reach their goals.

What is the main aim of Executive Coaching?

It's about your results. We begin with your end in mind. From our initial discussion, we seek an understanding of your scenario, your desired outcomes, and improvements. We believe that confusing activity with achievement is an unproductive trap. So, we avoid using a “one size fits all” approach where you first seek to develop the person, then hope for results. Instead, our approach reverses “the cookie cutter” model with an initial focus on your results.

"I strongly recommend Phil for anyone going through career or significant life changing events. He helped me tremendously when I experienced a job loss by being a great sounding board, and he provided me tools to help me get pointed in the right direction. Phil is a very good listener and has a calm demeanor. He has also helped two other people I know-one who experienced a similar situation and one who was much younger and just getting started with life. I appreciate what Phil has done for me and, by extension, my family."
